1. The stay in "Polana" Holiday Centre requires reservation by telephone, the Internet or in person.
  2. After making a reservation, we require a down payment of 30% of the entire cost of stay.
  3. The down payment should be made within 14 days of receiving the confirmation of the reservation.
  4. The remaining amount should be paid by the guests on arrival in cash at the reception desk, or by a bank transfer (in this case the guest should produce a proof of payment to the account of “Polana” Holiday Centre on arrival).
  5. In the event of cancellation of the stay, or a part of it in a period exceeding 20 days before the stay begins, the down payment in the amount of 30 % will not be refunded.
  6. In the event of cancellation of the stay in the period between 30 to 20 days before the stay begins, 50 % of the down payment will be refunded, minus operation costs in the amount of 50 PLN.
  7. Postponing the stay or leaving earlier than arranged does not entitle the guest to claim a refund of the equivalent of services not received.
  8. The cancellation of the stay, if it is connected with the refund of the down payment, requires a written statement. Placing a reservation and making a down payment is equal to the acceptance of the Rules.
  9. Guests are required to pay a climate fee in the amount established by the Dziwnów district.
  10. The hotel day begins at 4pm on the day of arrival and ends at 11am on the day of departure.
  11. The guests should arrive between 6am and 10pm.
  12. Guests are obliged to observe the “Polana” Holiday Cantre rules concerning fire regulations and are liable for any damaged or destroyed items in the room or on the premises.
  13. Guests are to observe night time peace and quiet in the period from 10pm to 7am, with the exception of events organised by the "Polana" Holiday Centre.
  14. Guests’ visitors are obliged to leave the premises no later than 10pm.
  15. In the event of detecting unregistered visitors staying in the Guest’s room, a contractual fine of 200% of the price from the price list will be imposed.
  16. On the day of the departure, the Guest is obliged to return the key of the room. The payment for losing a key is 50 PLN.
  17. The “Polana” Holiday Centre is liable only for the items left in deposit.
  18. We accommodate pets as long as a proof of vaccination can be provided and we are informed about their stay prior to the arrival. Guests are responsible for keeping their pets on a leash on the entire premises.
